Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

  • If your refund is rejected, we will provide details on why it was declined.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account – Sometimes refunds may take additional processing time.

  2. Contact your credit card company – It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – There’s often some processing time before refunds appear.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Important Notes:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
